[NEWS] ‘Bitter Sweet Hell’ Gunjoo Jung, Meticulous performance that adds curiosity to Teo's real identity
정건주, ‘다정함→의뭉스러움’ 오가는 두 얼굴로 '우리, 집' 키플레이어 활약!

Actor Gunjoo Jung has introduced yet another rift in “Bitter Sweet Home.”
In episode 6 of the MBC Friday/Saturday drama "Bitter Sweet Home" (planned by Kwon Seong-chang, directed by Lee Dong-hyun and Wi Deuk-gyu, written by Nam Ji-yeon, produced by Red Nine Pictures) aired on the 8th, Teo (played by Gunjoo Jung) was depicted cunningly manipulating people's psychology.
On this day, Teo approached Ji-eun (played by Shin So-yul), who was eyeing Yeong-won’s (played by Kim Hee-sun) position, and provoked her jealous feelings. Tae-o said, "He really relies on her. He said he can't do without her," making it seem as if Jae-jin (played by Kim Nam-hee) liked Ji-eun.

Falling for Teo’s lie, Ji-eun told Sa-gang (played by Lee Hye-young) that she would take Yeong-won’s place if Yeong-won and Jae-jin divorced. However, Sa-gang, who saw Ji-eun merely as a tool to make Jae-jin a doctor, denied that she would ever be part of Jae-jin’s family. Shocked by Sa-gang’s words, whom she had followed like a mother, Ji-eun left in tears. Teo watched this with a meaningful gaze, as if he had anticipated everything, sending chills down the viewers’ spines.

Gunjoo Jung added tension to the drama with his meticulous portrayal of Teo’s dual nature. Particularly, by intricately depicting Teo’s creepy side hidden behind his kind appearance, Jung aroused viewers’ curiosity about his true identity. Why Teo, who seems to lack nothing as a medical student, is approaching Yeong-won’s family to disrupt their peace, and what his discomfort signifies, increases anticipation for the upcoming story.
Meanwhile, the MBC drama "Bitter Sweet Home," starring actor Gunjoo Jung, airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 PM.
