Actress Han Ye Ri achieved the highest viewership per minute for episode 4 of 'Doubt'.

The MBC Friday-Saturday drama 'Doubt' (planned by Namgung Sung, directed by Song Yeon Hwa, written by Han Ah Young, produced by Ascendio, and Woodside) aired on the 19th recorded a nationwide rating of 5.5% and a 5.4% rating in the metropolitan area, according to Nielsen Korea. The scene where Lee Ji Eun (played by Han Ye Ri) gives a sharp rebuke to Koo Dae Hong (played by No Jae Won) achieved the highest viewership rating of 6.9% per minute.

It was revealed that the identity of the skeletal remains was of a woman, Lee Soo Hyun (played by Song Ji Hyun), who was part of the runaway family before her death. As a result, the runaway family including Choi Young Min (played by Kim Jung Jin) was once again called in for police questioning. During this time, Koo Dae Hong discovered that Yoo Eun Jin (played by Lee Do Hye) had disappeared after telling him that Choi Young Min had stayed out the night of Song Min Ah's (played by Han Soo Ah) death. The next day, after finishing a search of Lee Soo Hyun's house, Koo Dae Hong asked Lee Ji Eun if she wanted to go to the runaway family's hideout first, to which Lee Ji Eun sharply responded, "You are going there not for the investigation, but because you're worried?"

When Koo Dae Hong worried about Yoo Eun Jin, who had trusted him and told him the truth might be in trouble,  Lee Ji Eun coldly pointed out his attitude, saying, "You seem to be forgetting your role. Officer Koo, you're a police officer. You're just asking the necessary questions" and added “Why on earth did you become a police officer? There are many other professions where you could just live as a good person.”

Earlier, during her interview for the Criminal Behavior Analysis Team, Lee Ji Eun (played by Han Ye Ri) stated, "If I were the victim, I would want a police officer who can identify the culprit, not one who cries for me." This revealed her belief that prioritizes the case over the person and truth over empathy. Han Ye Ri sharply portrayed Lee Ji Eun’s rational side, who values the facts over emotions. Notably, Lee Ji Eun’s line, “Aren’t you scared, Officer Koo? Our job is one that everything can be irreversible when we cross the line" heightened the seriousness of being a police officer and emphasized Koo Dae Hong’s (played by No Jae Won) excessive concern for the victims, leaving a strong impact on the viewers.

As the confrontation between Lee Ji Eun and Koo Dae Hong unfolded, viewers commented, "I understand both of their perspectives," "It made me think about what it means to be a good person," "Han Ye Ri skillfully portrayed Lee Ji Eun's realistic and sharp traits," and "The contrast between Lee Ji Eun and Koo Dae Hong's characters makes it even more engaging."

Meanwhile, as the fact that both Song Min Ah and Lee Soo Hyun were members of the runaway family is revealed, the truth behind the case is slowly coming to light in 'Doubt.' With its sensational and overwhelming production, meticulous plot development, and impeccable performances by the actors, the drama is gaining a cult following. It airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 PM on MBC.
