Her agency Saram Entertainment announced that “SooYoung successfully held her solo debut showcase ‘Unstoppable’ on the 26th at the Yebisu Garden Hall in Tokyo, Japan." All two showcase sessions were sold out, demonstrating her enduring popularity in the local area.

On this day, SooYoung opened the showcase with Girls' Generation's “Mr. Taxi.” She then heated the atmosphere by performing Girls' Generation's hit songs like “Genie” and “BAD GIRL” live. She also premiered all the tracks from her debut single, including the title track "Unstoppable," as well as "C.A.L.M," "Who's In This World," and “Call Me”. She filled the stage throughout the 75-minute showcase, providing unforgettable memories for the fans.

SooYoung shared her thoughts on her debut, saying, "Although it's not my first time on stage alone, having the title of a solo debut makes me feel even more nervous. It's so happy to see my dream come true, and I'm really enjoying being on stage again after a while." She continued, "I'm so glad to share my first Japanese solo album, my first stage, and my first challenge with my fans. I will continue to work hard to show various sides of myself both as a singer and an actress, so please look forward to it." She expressed her heartfelt gratitude.

SooYoung's first Japanese solo debut single, Unstoppable, is an album that reflects her identity. As the producer of the entire album, She also contributed to the lyrics, incorporating many of the challenges, hardships, and successes she has experienced, which added to the album's overall quality. The album is available in three versions: a limited edition CD, CD+Blu-ray, and CD Only. The limited edition CD includes a STYLE BOOK and a ticket for entry to have a video call with SooYoung. The CD+Blu-ray version features a documentary about SooYoung's debut, including an interview with top Japanese artist Koda Kumi.
