In the seventh episode of MBC's Friday-Saturday drama Doubt (planned by Nam Gung Sung, directed by Song Yeon Hwa, written by Han Ah Young, produced by Ascendio and Woodside), Lee Eo Jin (played by Han Ye Ri) got suspicious of Jang Tae Su (played by Han Seok Kyu) and his daughter Jang Ha Bin (played by Chae Won Bin).

Earlier, Lee Eo Jin had suspected that Jang Tae Su knew about Choi Young Min. After discovering that Choi Young Min (played by Kim Jeong Jin) had contacted Jang Tae Su before his death, Lee Eo Jin shared her thoughts with Oh Jeong Hwan (played by Yoon Kyung Ho), saying, “I think the reason Team Leader Jang hid his contact with Choi Young Min has something to do with his daughter.” She also pointed out that Jang Ha Bin had connections with all the victims, and that Jang Tae Su knew Choi Young Min, suggesting, “We need to investigate Jang Ha Bin.”

Meanwhile, Lee Eo Jin opposed Jang Tae Su’s unilateral investigation, where he seemed to have already concluded that Park Jun Tae (played by Yoo Ui Tae) was the culprit. She remarked, “Profiling is about inferring the characteristics of the criminal, not about identifying a suspect. You know that better than anyone,” challenging his approach. Jang Tae Su countered, saying, "He met Choi Young Min. Is there any more objective fact than that?" To which Lee Eo Jin couldn’t hide her disappointment.

Han Ye Ri meticulously and subtly portrayed the complex emotional journey of Lee Eo Jin, who, after having looked up to and respected Jang Tae Su as her role model, becomes increasingly disappointed and eventually suspicious of him due to his continuous interference in the investigation and his apparent loss of composure. With her clear voice and detailed acting skills, Han Ye Ri convincingly expressed Lee Eo Jin's logical nature and the confusion she feels. As a result, viewers praised her performance, commenting, "It seems like Jang Tae Su is the 'betrayer' for Lee Eo Jin," "It must be tough for her to doubt the team leader she trusted," and “I liked how clearly Han Ye Ri portrayed Lee Eo Jin's disappointment with Jang Tae Su.”
