Actress Yuna won the Youth Acting Award at the 2024 SBS Acting Awards.
On the 21st at the SBS Prism Tower, Yuna received the award for her role as Kim Jae-hee in the drama Good Partner.
Upon receiving the award, Yuna shared an emotional speech by saying “I was so happy while filming Good Partner. I want to thank Director Garam and Writer Yuna for creating such a great project. Also, thank you to my Good Partner family, sisters, and uncles. I am so happy to be a part of such a wonderful project, and I will continue to strive to be a good person and a good actress. Thank you."
Yuna starred as Kim Jae-hee, the daughter of Cha Eun-gyeong (played by Jang Nara) and Kim Ji-sang (played by Ji Seunghyun) in the highly popular drama Good Partner. She received praise for her delicate portrayal of the emotional struggles of a child of a broken home. Despite her young age, Yuna’s detailed performance resonated with many viewers and further proved her talent.
Previously, Yuna was recognized for her potential, winning the Youth Child Actor Award at the 2023 Seoul Con Apan Star Awards, followed by the Best New Actress Award at the 60th Baeksang Arts Awards for TV. With her impressive performances in every role she takes on, Yuna continues to build a solid filmography and many are anticipating her future work.
Meanwhile, Yuna will challenge herself with a dual role for the first time in her career in the movie "The Second Child," where she will portray both Jae-in and Su-ryeon.
