Actor #GongMyoung to Hold His First Solo Fanmeeting in Korea to Celebrate 12th Anniversary Since Debut

Today (April 14), his agency SARAM Entertainment announced,
“Gong Myoung will be holding his first-ever solo fanmeeting in Korea, marking 12 years since his debut. As the event will take place just ahead of his birthday on May 26, we hope it will be a special and meaningful memory for both Gong Myoung and his fans.”

Gong Myoung shared his excitement, saying, “I’m truly happy to finally hold my first solo fanmeeting in Korea after 12 years. I’ve always wanted to meet my fans up close in Korea, and I’m thrilled to have this amazing opportunity. I’ve put in a lot of special preparations so we can have a great time together—please look forward to it.”

The fanmeeting, titled “May I GONG MYOUNG?”, combines the month of May—his birth month—and the English phrase “May I~?”, creating a heartfelt message: “May I be with Gong Myoung?” The title reflects Gong Myoung’s sincere desire to connect with fans in a warm way. In the official poster, Gong Myoung exudes his signature warmth and gentleness, with kind eyes and a soft smile that perfectly match the title’s sentiment.

Gong Myoung has recently earned praise for his emotionally layered performance in the TVING original series “Way Back Love,” which premiered on April 3. Playing Kim Ramwoo, a grim reaper who returns four years after death, he captured a compelling journey—from innocent first love to a poignant farewell. He will next take on the role of Seo Euijun, the head of Bocheon Health Center, in tvN’s upcoming Monday–Tuesday drama “Second Shot at Love,” premiering May 12. This new project hints at a more mature take on romance. In addition, Gong Myoung is set to appear in the Netflix series “Mercy for None” and the film “Love Untangled,” further showcasing the range of his acting. With back-to-back roles in dramas and films—and now his very first fanmeeting in Korea—audiences are looking forward to a dynamic year from him in 2025.

Meanwhile, the fanmeeting “May I GONG MYOUNG?” will be held on May 24 (Sat) at 6:00 PM, at Yearimdang Art Hall in Seoul. Tickets will be available exclusively through the YES24 Ticket website, with pre-sale and general sale phases. Pre-sale will be open to members of the GONG MYOUNG LOUNGE until April 18. Further details will be announced via GONG MYOUNG LOUNGE  on SARAM ENTERTAINMENT Stage (saram.fan/lounge/gongmyoung).
